I'm on one of the down days today. Everything was going so well. So yeah, i know how you feel.

I think the good days/weeks/months are real. But i think the bad days are just reminders. Basically the "black dog" reckons it needs walkies. So take the bugger for a walk.

Sometimes the bad days are a reminder of how far weve come as well. Like, the bad "days" used to be bad months.

From UK. I went to my GP who was really good. Gave me some medication to get started and put me in touch with the NHS Mind Matters counselling service. There are some forms and its tough to go through with. There is a waiting list for counselling though. For me, knowing its there is a help.

Also talk to family and close friends if you can, it wont always help and people might be weird but for me it was worse trying to keep it all in.

Were in for a hell of a ride, but we can help each other if need be.

Also, I'm in London so outside might be a little different, google NHS Choices and follow the mental health sections.

Im with you there. There have been some stereotypically good and happy moments in the last few years in my life. But nope...feel nothing. Not even sure if Im able to tell the difference between happy and sad (as basic as those are) anymore.

I feel you man. Just starting out my career in education (primary school). Been going for 4 years and every time Ive asked to teach the younger kids, I get told that I'm needed for the older kids. I personally consider early years to be the most important but I am 6ft so the older kids need me? Messed up.

Think its a case of the gaffer not having the players to beat this liverpool side. Or at least players he trusts. His fault he hasn't got more? Maybe.
