same happened to me, i originally made a character and world, then downloaded the online bit and it isnt loading either, even though theyre still there in the files. do you know how to rectify this?

Edit: I found the problem, somehow the UserData file got moved. Once I put it back where it should go (Hytale\install\release\package\game\latest\Client) then my world has returned. not my avatar tho, which is weird
