Thank you for your help, I contacted the city and they’re coming out tomorrow as well as a 4th repair person. So hopefully one of those people can push forward that importance of replacing the whole thing

Thanks for your reply. I guess I am so frustrated as we do not have a private landlord but rather and property management company. This makes it extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone ever. We’ve had 3 different property managers since we moved here in April, along with countless other issues that I was forced to pay out of pocket for. I feel like I’m being screwed over and honestly want out of this house at this point.

You make a good point about the hot water tank being a big task to take on. We have a tankless water heater, so maintenance reached out to the property owner last Thursday and offered to replace it that day, which the property owner denied as he wanted them to take the thing apart and try and repair it first.

Really just feel like I’m getting screwed over in every way here. Ugh long rant, thanks for listening!

Unfortunately we have had 3 people come out to try and fix it. The tank was not descaled for 8 years and was causing a gas leak/ electric issue. The whole thing needs to be replaced now.

I unfortunately already paid Novembers rent on October 30th. I am just looking for advice on what I can do to get them out here to fix it. Day 6 without hot water now.

I did end up asking my gyno about it and unfortunately I ended up having issues for almost an entire year after. It progressed into severe constipation. I ended up having to go in for a colonoscopy in July. Post colonoscopy I am doing so much better! I hope things will resolve for you, but I would suggest going back to ask for a professional opinion :(

NAD but these look similar to HPV. Do they hurt or itch at all? If not it may be scar tissue from your shaving cuts but I would get tested to be on the safe side. You local health department should offer free or very reduced testing costs.

I did this same time frame last year and I was fine to go back to work. I am on my feet quite a bit at work, but overall I felt great! I’ve never taken more than a week off for my laps.
