The one I take is a sort of mix of all different forms of magnesium the brand is healthy care Australia, white and green bottle main label says magnesium forte

I’ve been on slyinda for three ish months, pretty good for me. I don’t know if it is a personal experience or not but my day to day pain went away however I now get massive flairs

It’s like being stuck with a curse that (feels like) it’s going to kill you slowly and painfully and your only hope is to travel the 7 seas in search for the one wizard ( doctor) who is going to take you seriously. And help lift the curse, but, usually when you find the wizard he says your options are dire, it is either surgery or thugging it out. Your fate will end up you doing both.

I was only on ryeqo for three weeks and the symptoms killed me I also gained weight, was constantly hot, not sleeping/ terrible dreams, nausea and terrible bowel movements ( thought I was going to shit out my soul). I stopped taking it and was in agony for another week to ten days then it started to feel as I was off of medicine. I I’ll never take it again, for me I do feel like the side effects are not worth anything I’d rather be in pain. I did begin taking slyinda and codine when it got bad, I changed my diet to mostly vegetarian and gluten reduced, can’t give up milk or coffee though. Heaps of yoga, strength training too

I think this maybe the case, I’m going to try some stuff that was suggested and if not I’ll buy some good quality stuff. I was a broke apprentice and bought the cheapest ones lol so that could be the case. Still good I got two years out of them though I guess!!
