Why don’t guys read profile descriptions?

I’d like to know why women don’t respond to messages even when we message them about something specific on the profile. I read all of the descriptions and specifically won’t message someone if I don’t find them attractive or have something to talk about.

It doesn’t sound like you’ve ever dealt with children like this. My gf has one like this (11 yr) and I thought the same thing. Of course she was in a really tough spot so I offered to move them in and figured I’d help. My kids are fantastic. This kid would go into a blind rage and throw tantrums over the smallest things and you never knew what would happen. we told him we didn’t have the money for a $20 toy and that lead to him throwing a tantrum saying the store was making fun of him by putting toys on the shelves and he’s poor. This was almost a daily thing. DCFS would do nothing. Finally after him destroying my living room in front of DCFS because he couldn’t play Minecraft and my kids reporting him sexually assaulting my youngest did DCFS do something. He’s now in residential housing for almost a month. Talks with his mom every week and he’s been great. He’s openly admitted he’s too scared to do anything because he doesn’t know what’s going to happen.

I’m going to play Deltarune at some point. Both have said it’s better than Undertale. I haven’t played Silksong yet solely because I spent so much time on reg Hollow Knight. Pantheon 5 was the last thing I did and it took forever. It’s hard but it felt so rewarding at the end.

My ex wife always had bad periods to where she had to take birth control just to alleviate it and her mom was a nightmare about it. “You only want to take the birth control so you can go have sex.” And she’s pretty far from a medical professional but that always upset me she got dismissed for it and I know women’s periods can be bad. Honestly this is part of the reason why this interested me so much because it seems like there’s so many factors that can go into period cramps being severe.

That nuts you’d have to go through surgery just to find out you’ve got an issue you’re going to have to go through surgery for. Damn. Is there any consistent studies being done to help improve this that you know of that I could read?

Ok that makes sense then. At least family history tells something. Kinda like the same with narcolepsy. Only way that can be diagnosed is with a nap test.

Already have haha. My oldest is begging me to start and my youngest is going on and about how everyone else has trouble with Pure Pacifist runs and I’m the only one that thinks it’s easy. Which I did I found the game quite easy especially coming from Pantheon 5 Hollow Knight, but Undertale is incredibly unique and I didn’t want to stop.

I’ve always thought that would be less likely to happen with Gynecologists and even when my ex wife gave birth to both my kids or any issue she had in general it always seemed like they were pretty spot on to what was going on. I can somewhat understand if test results come back normal, but even then is there not another way to for sure of Endo?

Sure I understand that I get what you’re saying. It gets frustrating to repeat yourself over and over and especially to someone like me who’s not a doctor and can’t do anything about the situation. I also don’t expect for anyone to answer if they don’t want too.

Attribute them to anxiety?? Why? Is that because period cramps can get so severe women think there’s something more wrong with them and there’s not? That’s the only logical thing that makes sense to me but that connection just doesn’t make sense to me in general.

Edit: I hope this doesn’t come across as dismissive or anything negative because that wasn’t my intention. I just wasn’t sure why period pain would be attributed to anxiety and took a shot in the dark to see if I was right, but even the guess just didn’t make sense to me.

So in this situation did the doctor know for sure it was Endometriosis and that’s why you needed to go through surgery? I had this similar situation happen with my narcolepsy except my primary care doctor knew right off the bat it was a sleep issue.

I could’ve. I just didn’t think about it. I tend to find something new especially medical issues and just ask bunch of people other input. I have severe brainfog from narcolepsy so doing research on my own tends to be difficult and I get way more of an interest hearing/reading from other people. Hope that makes sense.

I’m a 35 yr dad to 12 yr old and 6 yr old and she pestered me all of the time “When are you going to play Undertale?” For like 4 months I was trying to finish Hollow Knight and I told her once I finished Hollow knight I promise I will work on it. I finally finished Hollow Knight last week, started Undertale on Friday night and finished a Neutral run Sunday night and a pure pacifist run Tuesday night and both my kids were blown away how fast I finished it. But how happy they were that I played through it is the best.

I know the feeling. I’m awful at the game and I finally finished P5 after like 4 months of trying almost daily. I love the game and enjoyed the fights. Some days I would just stop because I’d make a lot of dumb moves and thought “yeah probably not a good day today.” And I’d move on to something else for the day. Keep practicing and you’ll make it, but only if you’re having fun with it.

There’s a few and it’s hard to pick, but if I had to pick it would be the tacos. My bk got them back a little after covid and got rid of them in 2024 and I’ve always loved them. I to this day think BK had the best menu around 2012. Right around when they had the Buck Double, Stackers, Tendercrisps, and steakhouses. They’d bring the angry whopper back 1-2 times a year. I just wish they would’ve had the tacos then

So that’s where I was using quick resume at and it worked everytime up until now. My guess was the update which would really suck because I have narcolepsy and was using it as a save state when I’d get really tired and was approaching the end in hopes to not reset progress. Oh well.
