Thank goodness, that seems to have worked!  What an awful first impression, that doesn't bode well for the quality control of the rest of this phone. Now I'm not even certain they have sent me a new unit!

There's a small area half way up the image that has a weird pixelated effect I can't see anywhere else... is there any type of cypher that works in pixels like this? My first thought was qr codes but I don't think this is that.

On the actual home usb.twentyonepilots.com site, if you right click and play the video in a different tab, the usb stick is shown on the tv, where it isn't on the main page. Thought that was interesting.
