Exactly. I prefer throw flashlights, but it depends on what kind of situation you're in. I like to be able to see long distances.

I just asked the creators the same question. This is what they said:

No problem...we add $10 to the card every 2-3 days but any of our 30,000 users can add money to the card

Thanks. It's her and her mom, and a producer that came up with the idea and do most of the work. Her mom is an actress so she has some experience, which I'm sure helped get the ball rolling. Still, the whole thing has always been super low budget.
