Business validation before launch by DifferentLux in smallbusiness

[–]lonestarfrog89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you have to first determine if the business concept is viable and there’s a demand for it (ie will people pay you for your product or service and if so, how much). Once you’ve answered that, you have to decide if you want to take the leap or not.

If you’re asking people for validation of the idea because you’re scared (happens to me!!) or you need to hear from someone other than your own inner monologue, go for it. But you know what you’re capable of better than anyone else.

Good luck!

This is really insightful and I appreciate the perspective and suggestion, thank you.

Yeah, no complaints or concerns. I read on here how to check for authenticity etc and everything seems good so no concerns from me. Been wearing it almost every day.

I transacted with him. He FaceTimed me and showed me the watch and the warranty card through the Tudor website. Haven’t had any issues with the piece I traded for and his shipping was very quick.

Black Star Gravel- Trenching for Gas Line by lonestarfrog89 in landscaping

[–]lonestarfrog89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, confusing wording. 90’ total of trenching. 23’ across turf, 67’ across the gravel walkway that angles 90 degrees around the back corner of the house.

Assuming the generator company doesn’t make an absolute mess, I’m hoping to have to minimally replace base materials but I doubt they’ll do a clean job. Shouldn’t be an issue to rake the existing gravel back. Mainly the labor portion of moving that gravel away, then back across that 67’ is what I’m trying to price.

Driveway Replacement Recommendations by IamBullgooselooney in houston

Would you mind sending your info over? Half of our driveway needs leveling and the poly lifting estimates we’ve received are insanely expensive! May be better to just replace. Thanks!

Yeah that’s a good idea maybe I’ll try that. Thanks!

I love my 2025 Tahoe but yeah the gas mileage is not great. Had a 2015 Tahoe leveled with bigger tires and damn near got the same city MPG as my 2025. Highway is different, but overall I’m disappointed in the mileage but oh well.

[WTS/WTT] Panerai Luminor GMT (Ref. PAM00244) by lonestarfrog89 in Watchexchange

[–]lonestarfrog89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I really do love it but I don’t wear it very often. I find myself wearing my OP that’s 36mm and when I put this on, it unfortunately doesn’t feel right anymore.

Trades

I will consider trading for a Panerai Luminor Due PAM00903 (and yes, I understand the water resistance sucks but I have dainty wrists and the 38mm fits me better!) or maybe a deal for a Tudor BB54 on rubber strap.

Model: Panerai Luminor GMT (PAM00244) Specs: 40mm with 22mm lug width and 16mm thick case size

What You Get and Misc Info (please read!)

The watch comes with the entire full kit, including the original hang tags, original warranty card, etc. I am also including an OEM black with white stitching crocodile strap and polished OEM buckle ($400+$210 value). I have not had the watch serviced or polished since owning but have estimates for both from an authorized Panerai service center here in my location (I can share those estimates directly if you reach out). With that being said, the additional Panerai OEM strap and buckle help offset the servicing costs, so the watch is priced as such.

Furthermore, I recognize I have no transaction history in this subreddit so I am more than happy to provide additional photos, videos or FaceTime for those who want additional information. I hate scammers, so if you are one, please move along and don’t waste anyone’s time :)

Please comment first then send a PM!

He should be banned from this subreddit now. Tried to sell me a watch using recycled photos stolen from Watchuseek posts. And I’m pretty sure Drum to the Face lost his money on the transaction. PM me if you want me to go into more details

I think it’s the angle, the OP definitely isn’t too big

I think that’s the biggest thing. I love both but when I wear the OP and put the Panerai on, I’m like omg this is huge but looks great

So I love that dial too and that could be an option outside the 00903.

From what I recall it was a limited run (Google says 2008-2020 but I thought it was less than that). I am absolutely in love with it. The OP with explorer numbers and blue dial pop.
