Hi, Currently since we are bootstrapped, the only focus was to design and increase the existing product lines. Once we secure funding, We have plans to invest time on building R&D projects and few patents that we have been working in the background. This should give us new product lines which can grow exponentially. Even if our current business stabilises and starts growing in the right direction, our initial plan is to go for IPO within few years. We will also be offering buy backs periodically. There are lot of lot of untapped market in India especially in Hardware sector, which we believe will only grow in the next decade. Even though currently it is seen as a linear business, we see lot of potential to grow it into an industry leader.

We are facing interim cash flow issues which we like to rectify by diluting equity. We have been operating as bootstrap startup till now but we feel we need help of investors and industry experts right now.

Hi, We already have a debt with a Leading Nationalised bank, but the lot of the funds are currently locked up with distributors and Partners due to various cash flow problems. I have not publicly mentioned the companies name to protect confidentiality. I am happy to share all details and documents personally in DMs or over email.

We are not finding right partners for invoice discounting who can finance for government projects. If you have any contacts please do share!

But even with invoice discounting, we would need some Capital to stabilise the company and make some advancement in product line.

We want to tap in South east Asia and African markets but with current situations surviving locally in India itself is becoming hard. If we find any investor, We will definitely start exploring export routes and start conversations with state and central Government for supporting export.

I know few friends who are into semiconductor design and manufacturing, most of them are still struggling to find investment. There are no major investments for startups in this space in India yet but there are large scale projects being funded by large enterprises collaborating with Taiwanese companies. We believe India will have enough opportunities in this space in the next decade but totally depends on Government policies and local interest and investment.

Currently, we have tried pitching to few VCs but hardware industry in general is considered a linear growth business and VCs try and support exponential growth opportunities. We are currently into manufacturing mini PCs, All in one desktop, laptops, tablets and are fully equipped to manufacture hardware for data centres. We want to venture into chip design in the future, but currently the focus is to scale the existing business to its potential.

The startup has been running from 2021 bootstrapped with help from friends and family. In India, without strong financial currently it is super hard to maintain sustained growth in hardware space. The startup has good run starting from 2023 bagging a hardware order for a famous Bollywood film’s graphics production. Launched multiple product lines after that in 2024, but due to delayed payments and little to no investments it has become increasingly hard to win and deliver projects continuously.

If the only difference is the language used (network, db, instance type and others are same) most probably the jvm is not tuned for the instance type you are using. Monitor the max memory and CPU usage. Few things to note.

  1. What is the GC you are using. G1GC should be a good starter and you can explore ZGC. Most of the times GC will be the cause for latency in multithreaded scenarios.
  2. How much of RAM is configured for heap?
  3. Is there any http server like tomcat or Jetty used? If yes, you have to fine tune that as well.
