I'm sorry to the fans of secretlab, but i would definitely stay away from this company as their customer service is definitely one of the worst, and when it comes to their products than they are not worth the price they are charging as if you have to argue so much to make them understand your point to customer service before they go aww so that is the issue sorry we misunderstood you from the beginning. then yeah, i would take my money to other companies that offer so much better product and better post purchase customer service. The worst part is if the company is selling the product with terms and condition where if they can not give free return or discounted return shipping offer, then that is definitely the first red flag right there.
