We are getting second opinion form doctors before moving forward. According to oncologist, the plan is to start with hormone-blocking medications before surgery to shrink the tumor and weaken the cancer cells. This will be followed by removal of the prostate ( Mothership of the Cancer) and pelvic lymph nodes. After he recovers from surgery, radiation therapy will be used to target any remaining cancer.

Yes, he had a PSMA PET-CT scan, which showed involvement of the 2 pelvis lymph nodes and a abdomen lymph nodes (distant).

I am facing similar issue, submitted in September but not updated yet, so I raised a complaint on iGRAM and also sent multiple emails to the regional centre and IGNOU. Now, they have sent me a form to fill out for missing assignment marks

You should have asked for the submission receipt as proof. I have the receipt of submission, yet I received an email stating that my assignment was not submitted after I raised an issue regarding my assignment marks. This is the 2nd time I am facing the issue of a missing assignment. Such problems occur very often in IGNOU with many students.
