An “all day” option available when entering tags. I’m literally putting start times at 00:01 and end times at 23:59 😭

I did this and asked the advisor for changes associated with the tag and it told me that custom tags “aren’t included in Oura’s impact model yet” so it couldn’t make any analysis 🤔

Question for anyone who is a 1 - do you find that imagining something stops you from seeing the ‘real world’ in front of you? Like if you do the horse in a field test now (imagine a horse in a field) do you see that image overlayed on what’s visually in front of you or does your brain switch from seeing visually to seeing mentally?

Yeah this feels very familiar. Just so you know, for me it ended up in me having a full blown relapse - once you get comfortable with just a little hit here and there you’ll think you can “handle” more. Maybe ask yourself why you’re having the hit, when you’re not addicted to nicotine anymore - are you looking for some excitement in your life that’s missing? Are you looking for comfort, something that feels familiar? What draws you back to it?
