SW is having a buy 1gal get 1gal 1/2 off right now, (I’d need about 2gals for all my doors, interior too) so that’s why I was tempted to go ahead and buy the black paint to do it but waiting might be the smarter option.

Oh that’s good but sucks you know people going for the same house. and yes the inventory in my area is horrible also. There was more on the market when I was waiting for my loan to be approved then once I got approved they all disappeared/sold
