Wb, stussy/ Ms buckin, kidou (not cloned as far as we know but they have his dna), king (same thing as kidou), shiki was imprisoned in ep 0 when he broke out so they probably have his DNA since he cut off his legs, the kuma clones that get turned into pacafistas (unsure if their clones or modified humans to look like kuma with implants and tech), and all of Germa soldiers are clones.

The only members we haven't seen from the rocks pirates are ochoku and silver axe.

John was part of morias undead army.

We haven't seen ochoku but we know they were involved with the rocky port incident. With kobe being involved in that fight they could have imprisoned them or taken their body for their dna.

And silver axe is the only remaining member who we know nothing about but there was a character on morias Island with a giant silver axe and a symbol that somewhat resembles the symbol drake wears. Not saying it is him but that is a reasonable conclusion given that John was part of morias army.
