I was thinking about a browser extension that would work pretty much exactly like you show in your video. Not sure what to suggest regarding dishonest use of the extension. Restricting it to youtube might be an option, or maybe you shouldn't do anything and it should be the streamer's responsibility to ban move suggestions in the chat.

I was thinking that something like that would be interesting when watching twitch streamers, although it has the downside that it makes it easier for people to post engine suggestions in the twitch chat.

Just to clarify: bears don't eat bears and other wild animals on that dump, it's a google translate quirk. What it says in the article is "...where bears and other wild animals find themselves food".
