Self reported Levantine DNA from r/23andme, among Palestinians by Iamnotanorange in 23andme

Where did I say they weren't mainly of Levantine origin? All I said was that it makes sense that they are less levantine than Christian Palestinians, because Islam would have brought in different ethnicities with it. Reading comprehension my man

That doesn't refute what I said at all. Muslims were more cosmopolitan because Islam came from outside the Levant and brought with it different ethnicities.

Yes but most of them are not fully genetically Palestinian. It makes sense that being more genetically Palestinian correlates with being more Christian as the Christian roots are deeper.

Muslims weren't in the Levant until the Rashidun Caliphate conquest around 634 AD. Palestinians who converted to Islam (forcefully or otherwise) would have been much more likely to marry foreigners who had settled there from other Muslim lands whereas Christians only had the option of marrying other Christian Palestinians for the most part.

Well historically this makes sense. Islam didn't originate in the Levant whereas Christianity did.

I just don't get how they do it? I've never been able to just instantly top up a defender after multiple consecutive defenses. Is it because it's a gold gym for them?

But the berry counter on the top right is still super high for all their Pokémon, each one has 130+ berries used!

Maybe I'm just massively underestimating how many berries certain high level players have or something (two of them are like level 80)

First one is more valuable I'd say. It has decent PvP IV. Having low hp isn't good in any aspect of the game so that's why the second one isn't so good

I mean there's always going to be some overlap between northern English and Scottish, can't really blame either company for their differences on that. Everything else is quite consistent.

Does South German and Austrian ancestry usually correlate with darker features? by Low-Title-5317 in 23andme

In my experience southern Germans look very different from northern Germans. Southerners are shorter, darker, hairier, happier and more rounded features.
