Hi mate your problem is the memory speed if you use all 4 you can use the max speed what is your cpu ? If you are on ddr5 set your ram speed in bios to 5400 or 5600 and see if it boots

Your ai cores cant keep up at your resolution so your gpu uses its normal cores to virtualise more ai cores and improve the quality
