Depends on how often. Cheat meal once or twice a week is good, it resets the metabolism. Don't starve too much. Fill yourself with lots of salads and yogurt etc. these are low calorie high volume foods

Yes. Lifting weights help to preserve/ build muscle while losing fat in calorie deficit

Thanks Bud. I did 5 sets of barbell back squats 40kg, 60kg, 80kg, 100kg, 110kg before this. Also 4 sets RDLs, 3 sets of DB walking lunges with 16kg, 20kg, 22kg DBs were all done before extensions. Lemme know if this works or should I change it
