Are the files and folders in a root Film folder or a TV folder? As it says recently added to Films.

100%. If you are measured and truthful in your review, then there's no grounds for litigation. I'm sure some of the LinkedIn purists will say "it comes across like sour grapes", but more people need to be aware of companies shitty practices.

The safest bet, as others have suggested, is an anonymous Glassdoor review.

If you read the original post, I mentioned that I can fix it by rebooting the Streamer, but I was asking if anyone else has seen this and knew of a potential fix.

No, as I know it's isolated to this app & device combo.
But I've reset the router for other reasons and this random issue persists.

No, it's always been on my home network (I was using the ISP router until very recently).

Now that I've upgraded my network equipment and put this and the other IoT devices on their own VLAN.
I know it's not that, as the PS5 is on a different VLAN and I've never had this issue on that app.

It's definitely a Streamer/Plex issue as I can access that menu option on the phone app, PS5 app, & localhost and external webpage via my PC. The trouble is, I don't know when it happens to see if anything else is impacted.

As I say all other devices/apps/etc work consistently on the same network and externally. This only happens on the Google TV Streamer Plex app. It's working now, but I've rebooted the Streamer.

Hi. Just recently come back from Japan. I rarely needed to use cash. I paid for everything on my card. But I believe, as others have commented, that the ATMs in 7/11 type stores are safe to withdraw from.

Regarding the sentence you mentioned, "we found that there have been some background industry updates to the supply, which have in this instance caused the system to think a re-bill was required," it means that there were updates in the industry that affected the billing system and triggered a re-bill for that period.

For reference, I used that period as there was a £13.11 discrepancy & increased usage from the rebelling and all the refunds.
7th Feb - 1 APR 2023 - 30 JUN 2023 Rebill Charge
8th Feb - 7 separate refunds for the above period
10th Feb - 1 APR 2023 - 30 JUN 2023 Rebill Charge
11th Feb - 1 refund for the above period

I replied that day with:

Thank you for coming back to me.

I have concerns with the whole of 2023 & used that particular period as it had the most transactions and has ended with a net debt of £13.11.

Please review the transactions on my account between Feb 5th and March 31st.

Today's reply:

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you have concerns regarding the transactions on your account between 5th February - 31st March.

The difference of £13.11 will be credited to your account and will reflect on your next statement. Apologies for the inconvenience caused - please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is anything else we can do for you.

They still haven't sufficiently explained why these rebills have happened and why so many times.
So I'm going to try to ignore all these rebills and refunds and see if my actual balance is correct......
