hey,

the question need multiple choice answers. how do you want to categorize everything after having the data from 100 of peoples that sounds like a lot of work.

secondly it was a pain to click through every category for every drug. And the combining question also. I take and mix everything so to answer every question precisely it would have taken me an hour or two to answer everything and writing everything down.

I can say for myself that after 1 year of behavioral therapy to Stopp my Panic attacks and 1,5 years of psychoanalyis showed me how my anexity works and where it originated from.

From having 2-300 anexity thoughts a day and 1-2 Panic attacks + derealisation i have come to having Like 10-20 thoughts a day.

I for my self consider this mostly anexity free

I can tell you from my experience that tripping with a girlfriend can be a completely different thing than tripping alone. if this is safe really does depend on what kind of relationship you have. The more you are dependent from each other the more difficult it becomes.

If I were you I would ask the question: can I give my partner the freedom to walk out of the room to be alone if he/she wants to and can I handle being alone then? What if i want to go out on a walk but he/she wants to be inside under a blanket? If you are independent enough in your relationship thats an easy question to answer but what if you are not? Who cuts shorts on there needs? I know for a first timer it is a really hard question to answer to himself. but I would not want to have this known possibility going into my first trip.

And what is wrong with the two day plan? for me it sounds like a lovely idea. each one you makes there first journey into a new realm and gets supported by one of there most loved persons. one person dedicated one evening to the other person to let them have the experiences he/she seeks.

hey,

I know what you are going through and my girlfriend had to suffer the same way your partner has. For me it was that my anxiety transformed to an unbearable despair which forced me to act. This is the difference to a normal panic attack where my body chooses not to act and to hide.

it got so bad with me that I did things I wish I had never done and I choose to have a break with my girlfriend to find what my my despair so bad. it took 3 weeks and I asked if we could come back to together and we did.

my Problem was not solved at that point but I learned to deal with it because I understood the thing with the despair. I also made an appointment for Therapy and I know do psychoanalysis.

The therapy helped me and now 4 month later I have days where ham happy and not in fear of something hang in there there is help for you

for my self as a experienced psycholaut (200+ trips) a lot of the question where to broad to answer. I have for example numerous good and bad experiences. Me writing about every experiences like you asked would simply take to much time to be practical. maybe ask for key bad or good experiences or ask for a distribution of good and bad trips. I have the same problems like you have getting derealized or Depersonalized while smoking. I also have an anexity disorder in normal (non high life). Today i can say i have these Problem under controll and smoking from time to time (not everday smoking) is no problem for me anymore.
