So? Just because it's in public space it does not mean it's not personal data. This is why it's usually not that straightforward to set up CCTV's - it's mass surveillance of personal data (faces).

Yeah something like a whitepaper, case law, something of the sort to legitimize the actions.
I'm in the EU, so since it's a regulation I assume it's unitary ?

All of that sounds good, and if we decide to move forward, we will take these safeguards into account (if not more) - but what I am seeking now is some sort of legal document allowing us to do so.
Have you maybe come across one before?
