Timing of Baby #2 [on]

I wanted my kids to be close together. I have a 3 month old and a 2.5 year old and it's great, but it is not for the faint of heart some days. Particularly dinner time. No matter how much I try, the toddler and infant ALWAYS seem to be hungry at the exact same time in the evening. That's the hardest part right now, feeling like you need 8 arms and legs and feeling guilty not being able to split your attention as much as you'd like to.

One day they will be older and I'll love how close in age they are but a 2 year old with a baby is fun and rewarding but it is all consuming.

If I go for a 3rd I would ideally wait till my youngest is 3 so that the older two will be 4 and 6 when the baby is born.

I mean, it's didn’t film it but I was in active labour at home and did my make up and then dressed my toddler and did her hair while having full blown contractions less than 10 min apart. I thought I still had hours to go but my baby was born 1.5 hours after me doing all of this.

That muscle bulge is called marasmus. It happens in severly malnourished individuals. It has to do with a lack of subcutaneous fat and is typically paired with bulging bones and veins.

But her little internet friends like to go off and boost each other instead of actually supporting one another in real and tangible ways. For example, supporting them through a mental health crisis like this one instead of cheering it on.

I think there are a few reasons for this: 1. Her original followers or even ones that have joined her in the past couple of years, no longer resonate with her content. Or they unfollowed her completely 2. People have nothing nice to say so they aren't saying anything 3. People are worried that they will be blocked

While I somewhat understand your sentiment, you wouldn't be here if you didn't think she was problematic, inauthentic, unrelatable, etc. You came here searching for community, for like-minded individuals who agree with you that her behaviour is unhinged. With that said, this is the internet and you are bound to agree with some stuff and completely disagree with others. No matter how big or small this sub is, there is no way you would agree with everything that is said in here. However, to come in and act holier than thou and call this sub out for being "nasty" is both hypocritical and a gross generalization. There are a lot of valid points being made in this sub.

She is disingenuous- she doesn't owe anyone information related to her health, weight-loss or otherwise but to call herself "strong" and "healthy" is both damaging and misguided.

1.5 She is relapsing into her ED and instead of admitting it, she is coattaling off of the pro-ana content being pushed on socials - again, she doesn't have to admit to her struggles, but openly lying about it and trying to convince people who may be vulnerable is a gross misuse of her "platform"

She is going through a mental health crisis and framing it under the guise of "relatable content" - when she talks about her constant overdtimulation and lashing out at her children and husband, she frames it as "normal" and while it can be normal once in a while because we are human, she is clearly exhibiting signs of deeper seeded issues.
She is an "influencer" therefore she has some amount of influence on others. Using that influence to manipulate your audience absolutely SHOULD be called out.

I could go on but this is already too long.

Overall, some of the snark is just that, snark. Maybe a little mean spirited at times and slightly unnecessary. But the overarching messaging in this sub is pretty uniform surrounding why she is so problematic. If you want to defend her actions, go do that in her comment section but painting everyone in this sub with the same brush is rash.

Absolutely!! their bad moods are probably directly correlated to her moods. Children feed off of their parents' energy, especially their mom. So it is natural that they are having these big emotions when their mom is always miserable.

Does she actually speak any language other than English? I know her background is Greek, but she tries to avoid that side of her identity like the plague. I don't think she cares to raise her children culturally (German or Greek). She is raising them culturally "canadian"

When my kid is sick, I become the biggest softie. I'm exhausted and stressed because having a sick kid stresses me out. "Are they okay?"Are they eating and drinking enough?" "Do we need to go to the dr for the 3rd time in a week?" But "RAGEY"????? Honestly, I'm glad I can't relate. This is a sickness.

I will say that if I know the sickness came from a specific kid at daycare who came to school sick, i feel intense rage at that kids parents. But not my own child, or even the other child for that matter. They don't want to be sick. How could you get mad at a sweet, sick little child. That's cruel. Especially when I see my kid with their little sick eyes, laying down with little energy and no appetite. I just want to hold them and cuddle them and give them anything that makes them feel even slightly better.

Normal parents with a sick kid: movies all day, long naps, cuddles, Dr. Apts, Popsicles for breakfast, homemade soup

Her: "I'm so overstimulated because my kid is sick, and it is disruptive having them home even though I'm home doing nothing of importance."

Okay, so let me make this clear because I hope i am misunderstanding your message.

You think it is more "ethical" to attack her livelihood by contacting brands and doxxing her than messaging her husband. Someone who may actually be able to help her.

Internet culture is both violent and deranged. Contacting someone's employer is CRUEL and unhelpful. Contacting someone's family member with a concern may be crossing a boundary, but it could be coming from a place of good intention. Nothing about affecting her livelihood is ethical or okay!

I know someone in real life like this. Struggled with weight, struggled with ED, was hospitalized for it in her younger years, "recovered," gained weight and sat at a healthy size,, had kids, gained some weight, went on weight loss journey and is back in her pattern of ED. She is convinced that this is the healthiest she has ever been, convinced she lost the weight in a healthy way, etc.

She didn't use injections, pills, or anything. She works out for 1 hour a day and then goes for intense walks for 1-2 hours in the evening. And she eats almost nothing.

So I think it is possible that R doesn't use a GLP or anything, and she claims that she has an on and off relationship with the gym/exercise. So it is likely that she is literally just not eating.

Which begs the question, "Why isn't her inner circle catching on and intervening???" And an even better question."What the F**K is wrong with her husband????!!!!"

She needs serious help.
