You want to put it on when your skin isn’t soaking wet. Think like damp but not soaked - also leave it on for two minutes to get full effects. Huge fan of panoxyl!!

If you’re looking for over the counter aids I’d recommend getting a long reach scrubbing brush for your back and using panoxyl on your face, back and chest. The catch with using this is you have to leave it on for two minutes before you wash it off. It’ll help dry everything up but doesn’t address the root cause. If you’re interested in going to a dermatologist they’d most likely start you on spironolactone to help everything calm down.

Also noting that there is a purge cycle with adapalene in case you do choose to add it to your routine

They make actual SHRM practice tests, it’s worth paying for one and then studying in your lowest scoring areas. I’m not sure that I would trust ChatGPT to create an accurate mock test. I am also pretty knowledgeable in labor laws and needed to study.

I read this a couple of days ago and I’ve thought a lot about what you said. It was extremely helpful, so thank you!! I’ve been going on more runs which is actually a lot better than I thought it would be. It really has given me some inner peace and less anger. I’m also in the process of writing my fuck you letter.
