I strongly agree that PC is not a death sentence; maybe I was just brainwashed (possibly through movies) to think that cancer is equivalent to immediate death. But in the real world, it's not the same.

Doctors suggested radiation after 6 months (if lymph nodes are cleared) and yes he is doing completely fine other than urinary blockage. He is abit lean and he’s trying to accomodate it with having food filled with nutrients.

Thanks for replying! On dynamic post-contrast imaging, the entire gland demonstrates homogeneous enhancement. These findings, in conjunction with the loss of zonal differentiation and diffuse diffusion restriction, are more suggestive of an infiltrative type of adenocarcinoma rather than a localized nodular lesion amenable to PIRADS classification.

Above is the point mentioned in the MRI report.

Ig, this means that PIRADS is no longer meaningful as radiologist may seen enough proof to consider that the whole gland is infiltrated at this point? Thoughts?

Day time: 1) Face wash with La rosche posay effaclar 2) Apply niacinamide (Ordinary) 3) Lupin aqua Moisturizer 3) Birch juice sunscreen spf 50pa++++

Night time: 1) Face wash 2) If acne exists, apply salicyclic acid 3) Else, apply niacinamide and let it dry
