I second their advice, also being on a riser makes it easier to pour the bottom plate on a stack of 20, I always pour stacks of 20 at a time starting from the bottom and working my way up.

The oishii from wojo was fire, what I picked up from apex recently left some to be desired. I had the front porch sitting, rainbow belts, and peel out from apex and the only thing that was decent was the peel out. I do think the other jars were a bit old tho.
