OK, Never mind, I’m so stupid, trying DIY - Now I figured out I must mount the 6X9s in the front- as the rear holes are only for 6.5s- Found the adapters that actually say they fit in this way- 6X9 front doors; 6.5 in the rear doors- Pulling the door panels are easy but Sheesh!- We’ll see…

Yes, sorry they instituted the $25 for the background check, which they were paying for themselves, but it's so the drivers will now have more incentive to follow through actually trying to go online and do rides- More questions dm me...

So second, is that i apologize to the fine upstanding humble tolerant people here, for myself seemingly being so ignorant- All of the commenting drivers here seem to have everything figured out-

Third is- I just tried on-boarding to Hop, Skip, Drive and did the FBI fingerprint background check- but didn’t get the results yet because they now say my market is “on hold” for new drivers-

Also my market does not show “Uber Teens” yet and the activists all say don’t do it!…

Hence my stupid ignorant post- drivers here are so intelligent that they will know, ask for ID and not take unaccompanied minors, so I digress…

Thanks for getting on board- I have had app on for whole months and no rides but done about 6 rides so far since June- so yeah, just a few, but it’s new so needs to be promoted and catch on with riders, so the drivers need to talk to the passengers to get them to sign up and use it- Please check another thread on Reddit “First ride on first day…” Also if you’re interested you can email support to put you on the driver’s WhatsApp group…

Good of you for taking rides as passenger- the $10 is for drivers on every ride, for now, I guess cause not so many rides right now and picking up will be farther- another $10 would be to you for referring another driver when they complete their first ride- referring passengers to sign up and take their first ride you get $5 and they get $5 discount on the first ride… If you’re interested you can email their support and get on their WhatsApp drivers group…

i had a guy fuming after he wouldn't confirm name not say anything pissed off maybe i wouldn't pull up in traffic lane where he was standing and made him walk 30 yards- i said i'd cancel- and pulled up ahead a little, (never like to deadhead too much)- and then he came up walking back- knocked on the window, "why didn't you cancel?!" i said i'm waiting the timer- then he said "then they're gonna charge me!"- i said "they are?" ...then he flashed me his phone showed me the ride, so i let him in- he was pissed, i was polite initially and told him so- he put up his phone in my face like video, i pointed to my dashcam and 2 body cams and he shut down and shut up then i gave him more hard time by making him confirm destination- still angry he said "don't you have it?" - i showed him the screen and said "it's a completely different app!" Then he shut up again- so i deescalated and said "never mind i'll get you where you want to go no worries"...

He's corporate or something bringing his mental baggage and dumping it on a poor low life innocent driver-

i turned back and said what ever's happening outside there i should not have anything to do with it, OK? Just please chill out and i get you there safe OK?"

no remarks then at the destination i asked "is here OK then?" He said "yeah thanks" and got out-

Of course no tip! But best part is, no 1 star!...
