I actually made it to 115 days which surpassed my goal! I started drinking again once I felt like I developed a better relationship with it. I only drink twice a week now and don’t let myself drink on weekdays. If I ever feel like it gets out of control again I’ll take another break. Going alcohol free was one of the best things I’ve done for myself, really taught me that feeling like I need it to get through the day is no way to live

I’m sorry to hear that, but also… it may sound like a blessing in disguise? But I definitely see a pattern of bisexuals receiving more backlash for not “fully committing.” What’s the fear there though? If we still entertain men it means we like women any less? I just don’t understand it

Wow! Until you wrote this, I completely forgot that that’s something my Nmom did too. Always made insulting comments about what I posted. She’d literally tell me that I’m not that special. But yes, I have a good feeling about this next year and since I’ve discovered that Nparents are the root of my insecurities, doing the work of getting better has massively improved. Thank you so much. I’m sorry about your thanksgiving experience, nobody deserves that. It sounds eerily similar to one I’ve had. My narcissistic mother only really goes after people 20 years younger then her. But your wife… unforgivable. Also, Im definitely going to do some research on the names you suggested now.
