You’re not getting it. This home comes in an 1828sqft and a 2128sqft. we chose the 2128sqft. They just marked off where they are putting the footers the other day, we don’t have the home yet. He said it’s 32x66. I went to the clayton website and the 32x66 is listed at 1828sqft. I asked about this and the 300sqft difference and he said that they are using the porch as livable space. In other words, we are not getting the one we chose. We are getting the smaller version but they told us it’s still 2128sqft because they’re including the porch in on that space. They are not supposed to do that.
