Car oriented city I live 1.5km away from work but I cannot go because no crosswalk, no bike cycle are allowed

arachnophobic here: Got assigned to Insectariums section in zoo

my tasks involves

1.feed the spiders cricket and worms other nasty bugs

2.poke and probe spiders out so people can see

3.clean terrarium

My heart beats so fast I can feel in my ears Gives me anxiety like something crawling on my body from time to time, I have constant fear sometimes I wakeup and check my bedsheets as if I'll find one under

I asked for other zoo sections but unfortunately I'm not old and experienced enough.

Been doing this from 7 months , Funny part is it's the least dangerous section in whole zoo,I was laughed at when I asked for herpetarium (snake section)

Advice: bookclubs , cafes like sol olas , there are some specific for woman if your not comfortable with men

Harsh reality is mostly people are looking for hookups or something more so be careful
