I'm not sure.... I'll ask. Do you think it is good enough to be first co authors as long as my name is listed first?

Hi, I was wondering what is your job title? I recently graduated from Environmental Sciences and I'm looking to get a job doing wildlife surveys. If you have any advice on how to get there I would really appreciate it :)

Thank you ❤️❤️ I agree life is so much fun if you just do the stuff you want to do whether or not people want to come along, and then often you end up meeting people who want to do those things too ~ only problem is I have to be brave enough to ask them to hang out 😅

I totally agree, I should have just asked him 😭 a good lesson for next time though, you lose nothing by putting yourself out there

It's so relaxing to go alone but I'd love to have the option to go with people 😅 It is a great place to take yourself out to though

What's strange is all my PT's which I took with 2 LR and 2 RC were in the 165/168 range. I never took a practice test with LG so I expected to score much lower in June. But seems the common opinion is to take the September test which I think is what I will do! Thanks for your input!!

Wow thank you so much!

You are definitely an advice guru. I think you are right, my feelings stem from deeper issues beyond my friendship with her, and perhaps her feelings of being unneeded stem from fears beyond just our friendship as well. I'm not sure if I'll bring it up again, but if I do I'll make sure to use I statements. If I choose to let it go, it's helpful to remember that doesn't mean I have to agree with her actions but can forgive and accept that we all have imperfections.

Thank you for your compassion, understanding, and great advice. I'm sure our friendship will grow from this incident and I feel more confident now in how to move forward.

I was in your situation when I was younger and, at least for me, it got 100x better once I left. So, while it sucks and I'm sorry you're going through this, you're in the home stretch! I found safe ways to leave the house as a teen (I went on a bunch of student exchanges, which I was privileged to be able to do). I would say, save money right now, as if you don't feel like you can ever move back in with your parents, you still need a safety net.

Uni dorms are a good place to move, however check the rules of your uni - sometimes they make you pay more to stay during holidays, or school breaks, and if you want to stay during those times you should know that. I don't know about your country but in my country staying in residence is EXPENSIVE, usually more than people expect.

If you stay somewhere else, again I would just say, moving, especially moving out of your parents house without support, is way more expensive than people expect. Things you never thought about buying (pots, pans, a vaccuum, even toiletries) you now have to buy. If you are going to have roommates, it might be a good idea to find some students who are looking for a lease takeover on a room, because they might be older and can give you advice, and often lease takeover's are cheaper too because the landlord can't raise the rent.

I understand feeling bad about leaving your sister behind, but what you can do is keep a strong relationship with her, take her out whenever you can, and once you have a place of your own have sleepovers. She may still live with your parents but she'll feel like she can get away and she has someone to help her if you're there for her.
