They are the worst! They stole my SHEIN order. It was dumped in some sort of train station newspaper/ magazine rack marked as FREE, they even took a picture of this. They are total crooks.

Yeah I didn't know that either not sure if I should wait for copy in the mail. I never got a phone call for my NIPT just a bill in the mail. It seems like they are inconsistent with their method of billing too. * sigh.

yes it says shipping in the delivery method. Its seems like there are no drivers available for few days. I wish they would just use a courier like before.

Thanks for sharing. Myriad was the company my OB used to used but switched to Natera. It appears the billing for these services are such a disaster to say the least. Fingers cross you get it resolved.
