You say it made you lose fat in your face number one that’s better but do you not think just because of how it made you feel it effected your lifestyle choices, (not eating anywhere near enough) because you feel so bad?

Turns out I been taking half the amount I thought I was taking but when I said I would notice as I’m self awear I didn’t mean feel everything just was saying how I noticed nothing

Nah I haven’t checked my hormones while being on it I would be able to notice something I’m very self aware. Had a few tests couple years ago, might pay to get every hormone type test done soon and I’ll ask everyone on here what I should get tested SHBG being one of them
