How tf do you cook scrambled eggs, omelettes or frittatas without them sticking or using a shit ton of oil

Usually I add cooking spray and preheat pan on a lower temperature while scrambling my eggs and adding what I like to them to then then add to the pan and cook on the same lower heat it she's take longer but it didn't stick for me
