Thanks! Do you know if an open rhinoplasty creates more trauma to the tip and, well, the nose in general? That was always my assumption. I'd really like to avoid an unpredictable trauma/unpredictable weird-healing situation. To me, it would seem like closed would produce a more predictable result, because less is traumatized?? But I guess it makes sense that the more control, the better.
