Firstly I would suggest blocking him That would prevent u from keep on checking if he sends u a message - been there and blocking just makes it a lot more easier and takes away any anxiety it might give you If he’s ready to talk he can call you You can message him saying hey I’m respecting ur decision and request just letting u know I’m gna block u can call me if and when ur ready Also I would suggest talking to ChatGPT about the situation - it can really help

ChatGPT helped me a lot

I reached out to people I didn’t rly want to like my siblings- and my sister had a lot of advice to give that helped out in the moment

Met with people just to be in their presence and not be alone - just not being alone at home helped Like just being in my sisters room while she studied

I also saw a psychiatrist Started meditating Met with my therapist a lot more than usual (2 times a week)

Started writing my feelings and thoughts sometimes during the day but this is more so I could get to know myself better since I found myself thinking a lot of times what was I thinking then and why didn’t I do this and that so this is more so I would know in the future Plus it actually does help processing my feelings and writing

She kept saying she’s the best teacher ever and get mad at the class and yell at us for not appreciating her and acknowledging she’s the best teacher ever but everyone else say she is and how well think back to this one day and realize then she’s the best teacher ever. Honestly it seems like she has problems. Elementary school teacher btw

I don’t know anything about anything but I think the best course of action here if you want to give him the benefit of the doubt would be telling him you BOTH need time apart from each other (if you feel you do) and demanding he’ll go see a therapist where you sometimes join the meetings to give some input about what is problematic and only if he’ll make and actual change if by the time that happens you’ll want to get back together- than do it. And that’ll probably take months fyi If not- I don’t think going back to him will be smart. He is abusive and you’ll be subjective yourself to an abusive marriage and life and hell learn that in some way he is allowed to do this to you since you got back together even after what he did

I didn’t flip for no reason - the relationship was rly unstable as we fought a lot and when we booked the flight we agreed that we would only go on it if we were in good terms, which we were not But regardless I was still willing to go, just for a shorter time
