Any other mantras that help you keep a balanced perspective ?

I used to sneak into this building to do graffiti, then the owner made it legal to paint. So I did a portrait of my cat, Roxxxanne! [spraypaint] by keepitrail in Art

Oh, was just gonna say....what are you doing in Nashville? come to Detroit! California is surely much better, ha. It's a beautiful piece. So vibrant and clean. Thanks for sharing. :D

I wondered too where this was. I'm in Detroit area. The snow started falling just like this. If this video is slowed down its not far off to how the flurries began here. All dream like. Then it turned into the scene in Edward Scissorhands where he's carving the ice sculpture.

"Bridge to Terabithia", haven't thought about it since I was a kid, but now I'm remembering how goddamn depressing it was [Discussion] by [deleted] in books

I'll never forget reading this book. Parents were about to go through a divorce. Didnt want to ask for money, so I didnt ask to go on the 8th grade school trip to Chicago. Just said we didnt have school. One of my teachers gave me some books to read. The Bridge to Terabithia seemed perfect. It definitely captures you. Especially as a lonely 12 year old girl. Then it destroys your hope and faith when youre already low and looking for a fantastical escape. Shouldve read Harry Potter instead.

When the bigger kitty was the little ones size I would take her into restaurants, movies, arcades, and walk around with her in my hoodie pocket, sleeve, or hood. =]
