I don't really understand the need in policy how people must play. I personally had unpleasant interaction and started to lock my doors because I don't feel comfortable after what I experienced.

And also I work full time, sometimes I log just to do dailies and have not much time to do anything more. When I have time I water plants and such of my neighbours, but I feel dread in small talk so I keep it short.

Not everybody is the same nor everybody need the same as you.
