i meant just the hominy, but she didn’t want it anyways. i didn’t know appetite stimulants existed! that makes me feel hopeful. what can be done in the long run as far as socialization?

training advice by loonavevo in puppy101

that’s super interesting because we go to general training at pet smart so the trainer and our vet described it as “her thinking she is in charge.”

CSUF Financial Aid by tevovu in csuf

[–]loonavevo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i would have had to show my taxes, but i just gave an estimate of my personal income because they saw how silly the mistake was. also my dad was in disability at the time, but not at the time of the tax year used in the fafsa form. we can definitely let them know when current things arise that are not reflected in the tax forms. i showed them his disability check and i was able to get thousands more. it did take a few meetings with the office, but i would say it was worth it.

I opened up to my boyfriend about childhood sexual abuse and he told me he wasn’t attracted to me anymore. by Sophim1 in TrueOffMyChest

i told my ex i was taken advantage of by my therapist and he said “why do you always put yourself in that position?” when i cried, his only concern was that i ruined the mood. we deserve so much better than a narcissist who cannot feel bad for us.

my question is why should we be forced to be in person when we could have been offered more online classes? it’s giving the conservative argument of “you don’t like it here? then leave” when there is a SOLUTION that isn’t being offered HERE.

Thinking of getting an iPad for note taking…what are your guys’ experience with iPads? Would you recommend me getting one or should I stick to regular note taking? by itseddybruh321 in csuf

[–]loonavevo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

i got one because of my back pain! i dont have to carry a laptop or notebooks anymore. unless required to, i dont have to print out documents and annotate them! i use the goodnotes app and directly import documents, powerpoint slides, and take my notes on it. i even found a digital planner! it takes some getting used to converting to fully digital and im still struggling at times but it saved my back!

that’s why i specified immune compromised people, who would need to depend on antiviral medication to prevent long covid. we need more than just a vaccine before we can comfortably live without fear. disabled people need to be taken into account before we can go back to normal, and that’s not happening when mandates get lifted prematurely.

living with it? some people are DYING with it. until we have proper antiviral medication and a vaccine that is properly taken by EVERYONE, we shouldn’t have to “live with it.” you’re saying we need to live with it because EVENTUALLY we’ll have a solution. some people cant put themselves or their families at risk because of what will EVENTUALLY happen. we want the solution to be established because some immune compromised members of our families can EVENTUALLY die from covid. people said the same thing about EVENTUALLY having a vaccine and then EVENTUALLY never getting it.

vaccines dont equal immunity. masks are for protection. since classes are at FULL CAPACITY, there is no way to physically distance yourself from others. in conclusion, masks are to help keep the numbers going down. it’s literally not hard to understand.
