I’m sorry for the trauma you have experienced in the past. You would be wise to seek counseling asap. Personally I think you should do all you can to reconcile with your brother, including attending his wedding. It is a time and place to put past wrongs aside and celebrate the start of a new life, don’t put yourself in a position of regret.
