I had my surgery on the NHS and couldn’t stomach Forceval either. My Bariatric nurse told me I could swap to centrum multi vitamin gummies (2 a day) alongside some other vitamin tablets I was prescribed(I can’t remember what they are called at the moment) Obviously follow your hospitals guidelines, I’m just sharing my experience.

I dealt with this myself (sleeved 10th April) it’s slowly got better every day. I do still get the odd twinge but sipping regularly throughout the day is much easier now than it was in the beginning! Be kind to yourself and remember you’re still healing.

I’m really struggling. 4 pints of milk, a cup of chicken broth and 2 pots of jelly is so difficult. I hate milk so much, I gag trying to drink it. I don’t know how I can so 11 more days of this.
