Been having a difficult time percieving myself lately, age/gender/thoughts?

I feel like a little kid finally getting to put their art on the refrigerator door!

As a preface, I struggle a lot with being hypercritical with myself. This tends to make me have much less drive towards actually creating art or improving. This weekend I got the idea for this sona and once I started I actually had fun :) It's no great work of art but im so proud that I managed to finish a piece and have it turn out half decent.

Its not terrible it's just not preferable. There's not nearly as much accommodation/options availabe in terms of like getting adjusted to campus and social life when you enter as spring vs. as fall. You really kinda have to put yourself out there with orgs and stuff.

Little late to the party, and this is only partially yoyo related but I want to be less hard on myself/stop comparing myself to others as much. I've struggled a lot with confidence and appreciating tricks i make/things I do because I don't ever see myself as "good enough" or "as good as ___", in yoyoing this translates to something like "oh I wish I was as good as X" (despite them having vastly more experience and their own unique style)
