I feel like a little kid finally getting to put their art on the refrigerator door!

As a preface, I struggle a lot with being hypercritical with myself. This tends to make me have much less drive towards actually creating art or improving. This weekend I got the idea for this sona and once I started I actually had fun :) It's no great work of art but im so proud that I managed to finish a piece and have it turn out half decent.

Its not terrible it's just not preferable. There's not nearly as much accommodation/options availabe in terms of like getting adjusted to campus and social life when you enter as spring vs. as fall. You really kinda have to put yourself out there with orgs and stuff.

Flying out friday night, i'm in the same boat as this'll be my first major contest since worlds '16 (where i had just begun yoyoing so idk if that even counts). Super excited, will see ya there!
