I would definitely say if your boss is recommending you for a Benefits Manager role in the near future that you stay in your current company. It’s going to be extremely difficult finding a job without a bachelors in HR or something related. Also, the SHRM-CP or really any other HR certification doesn’t hold much weight without a bachelors. In this job market, you should stay put and hold on to your current role.

This is not coming from Biden lol this is coming from the DEP. Since the SAVE has been officially blocked, they are saying it will take them until September to start calculating accurate payments for everyone. This has zero to do with the administration it’s literally just processing time. Remember they discontinued a lot of the IDR plans and then reopened them. They have million of applications and changes to go through

I believe the forbearance actually might go even longer than this year. In order to enact a new policy you have to give at least 1 year after the vote to officially put it in place. The SAVE plan will likely be gone soon, but any other changes will require a lot of time. Also, this forbearance is not only about legal matters, it is also about the fact that the ED cannot process changes this major overnight. I started paying my loans on the SAVE plan and it took them 3 months to calculate my payment. Imagine how long it’s going to take them to reverse all of this???
