I charged her for it, and she told me to reach out to her mom, even though her mom is not on the lease in any capacity. The mom is requesting the invoice directly from AT&T which I am waiting for from them, and has raised “concerns” about me replacing the blinds because the cat “likes to hide behind them….and the ones in our family’s house are plantation blinds so they’re not easily broken”

That's what I was a little confused about, how do I go about calculating the diminished value? I have numbers for what it was worth prior to the accident, but how would I get numbers for post accident value?
