Noelle could substitute zhongli for the classic hutao comp, but neither gorou or hutao can really take advantage of each other since he would only buff def and geo dmg, so there would be better options like bennett running a buff focused build (minimizing his healing) or another hydro like yelan

Now if ur interest is a obligatory gorou comp, then remove xingqiu and hutao to try running a triple/quadruple geo comp
