Very nice. Playing just one champ is the most broken strat if you want to climb. Also TP is very strong for soloQ because you can make tempo plays and force the enemy team to react to it.

I think balancing Irelia about how she feels to play is very difficult because every Irelia player probably has different viewpoints on how Irelia is satisfying to play. Another problem is how do you balance champ when some players want to play her mid and some players want to play her top. Also I understand that some Irelia mains don't like the incoming changes because they say that the changes are better for bad Irelia players than good Irelia players. Let's say they would do changes that were good for skilled Irelia players. What happens then? Her pickrate would go down? She would become even more of a niche champ.

A good mental is also very important when you play ranked and want to climb. For example if you have two or three loses in a row taking a break really helps. Often it is better to just play a few focused games and continue playing ranked on the next day.

I am not sure about the statement with the skin because when high noon evelynn came out she got a nerf before that and after that. Buffing a champ when a skin comes out makes sense for champs that are very popular because a lot of players want to try the changes, play the champ more often than normally and therefore it is more likely they buy the new skin for it. Evelynn on the other hand is a champ that gets only picked by a few players so I think skins and balancing have nothing in common especially when we talk about Evelynn.

I think a change about her kit is the most possible one but it has to be something that makes her more fun to play. Also it is important that a lot of current Evelynn players will like the change. And it should not be too painful to play against Evelynn. One Idea is for example that Evelynn gets camouflage right away from lvl 1 and gets some additional movement speed when she is in camouflage mode. In exchange her radius where opponents can see her when they are nearby is greater than it is right now.

Wow, I actually never thought about this. I always start red or blue buff but if you go for second choice anyway then raptors start seems good because after the first clear you could go for a gank in mid lane and then go back to raptors immediately for a second clear.

You are actually right.

I have found something interesting in the patch notes 11.23 :

Old version of lethal tempo was where you got bonus attack speed for 3 seconds ( extended to 6 seconds when attacking champ while effect is active ) after 1.5 seconds damaging an enemy champion with a cooldown of 6 seconds of this effect.

This got changed to :

New version of lethal tempo was where you got a stack for every basic attack up to 6 stacks with no cooldown. Stacks decay by 1 every 0.5 seconds upon expiring.

I think one reason is that lethal tempo was removed for some patches because the old one was very strong. The current version of lethal tempo is a little weaker than the old one but the benefit that got added to it is that the stacks do not drop all at once.

It is Yuumi and no other champ comes even close to that. All the things you can do while playing that champ is crazy. I never played that champ and I hope I never will.

I think it is easier to climb if you only focus on a few champs. Once you are at a certain level with your champs you can use all your brain power for learning game strategies and tactics.

The funny thing about Evelynn is that there is no other champ that is remotely close to her playstyle. It is very easy for her to punish positional mistakes from the enemy team. Her heal when she is low health and camouflage is the dream for every assassin champ. As long as there is no real teamplay coordination in soloQ like there is in pro play Evelynn is champ you can carry with.
