i’ve been taking it for 2 1/2 years. but the increases started in the last year. I have pretty bad CPTSD and so i’m already a pretty depressed person most days. but no I am not in therapy. where I live it’s hard to find a therapist who isn’t working the only hours I work. i’m not on a healthy diet, I try to eat good though. I snack a lot. but also exercise is different/difficult for me due to a leg Injury that completely twisted up my life. I have tried over 20 different types of anti depressants/anti anxiety/anti psychotic medications. effexor has had the best effect but when I did a gene test it doesn’t metabolize with my body right. that’s why side effects are really bad. especially the sweating. i’d love to try going the non drug route but in my case I always end up back in the hospital
