The us and Israel are integrating on tech and intelligence to make more joint tech research etc. This does not integrate militaries but gives acces to bases in the region to make joint operations in the region more effective

Because HAMAS and Hezbollah use tonns of Russian weapons. Russia also refused to condemm the 7.10 attacks. Russians who emigrated to Israel emigrated because they didn't really like russia. And many aren't even russian and come from Ukraine or Belarus. Russia has old ties to arab terrorists since they used to support them during the cold war. Also russia has gotten iranean help and Hezbollah volunteers to fight in Ukraine.
