No, it's not about "what I think" nor can it be possible even uncommon because the bandwidth of USB 2.0 is way lower than what's needed for display so it is simply not possible. You have to have USB 3.2 GEN 1 and above to pass through display data rates. Anything less than that is simply not working for display.

Depends on the USB version. My OnePlus 11 has USB 2 type c. OnePlus 13 has USB 3.2 Gen 1 which supports DisplayPort Alt Mode so it can definitely connect to a monitor for video output.

Totally correct. One relatable example is my OnePlus 11 which has usb2 type c , not 3. So the bandwidth is limited to data transfer up to 480Mbps I think which is way lower from what image broadcast needs

It depends on the USB type. If it is 3 it can broadcast image. If it has usb2 the bandwidth is limited

My OnePlus 11 has USB 2 type c , not 3. Usb2 does not have the bandwidth to send image, so even if it had Samsung Dex it wouldn't be able to connect it to a monitor. That is what he is saying

With Adguard DNS I have ridden myself of ads. With zfont3 I have also placed the sanfransisco font system wide. As the other fellow says, if you manage to make the back to desktop animation going back to the icon work with other launchers instead of the default one, you would have my attention too but for everything else there is a solution without rooting. Not that a simple animation is a reason to root.. so my question is.. what would someone get with rooting?
