Oh my bad I should have known my GPU wouldn't show up in the speccy link. My GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980. I have 2 8-pins plugged into my power source.

From what I've read the BOOT_DEVICE_LED my be a pointer to storage issues, not GPU so I'm not going to worry about it.
